Due to changes in Federal regularions, passports are no longer processed at the County Clerk's Office.  You can, however, applied for passports with the Register of Deeds.

The County Clerk's Office does still offer a while-you-wait, passport-quality photo service.  These photos are suitable for Concealed Weapons Permits as well as Passports.
