At the present time, records can be searched on the internet from January 1, 1986 forward. We are currently working on getting records available on the internet as far back as 1980. Searching is free, but if you wish to view or print documents, there is a fee.

The Register of Deeds has a policy of no refunds for unused balances.  If there have been no transactions within your account for one year, it will be closed.
