The Kasson Township Board of Trustees is the governing body of the Township and is comprised of five elected officials:
- Township Supervisor
- Township Clerk
- Township Treasurer
- Two Township Trustees

The Board meets on the first Monday of each month (or on an alternate date if the first Monday is a Legal Holiday) at 7:30 PM in the Township Hall, 10988 S. Newman Rd., Maple City, MI.
