ShareCare is a members organization designed to help seniors in Leelanau County live independently in their own homes for as long as possible. Members volunteer (optional) to help fill needs, such as rides to appointments, minor home repairs, meals, and respite care.
Other programs include:
- In-Home Assessments from ShareCare's RN
- Professional Health Care Coordination
- Access to a list of Independent Contractors (caregivers, electricians, housekeepers)
- Access to Medical Equipment
- Neighborhood Gatherings
