Child and Family Services (CFS) is a multi-service private, non-profit social service agency that has served Northwest Michigan for over 65 years. CFS provides a range of foster care services that include foster home licensing, emergency, regular and intensive foster care. Our Adoption Programs provide home study and placement of infants and special needs children. Our Behavioral Health Programs provide sliding fee scale out-patient counseling for all types of individual and family issues.
