The Village Council meets the 3rd Monday of each month at 5:30 p.m. at the Suttons Bay Bingham Fire Hall at 201 St Mary's Street. Committee meetings are held the first Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of each month at the Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 1522 Richter Road.  If for some reason committee meetings need to be rescheduled, a notice will be placed at the Village office.

The Village Planning Commission meets the 2nd Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. with meetings held at the Fire Hall at 201 St Mary's Street.

For zoning questions, contact the Zoning Administrator Wally Delamater at the Village office at 271-3051. 

The Village Council and the Township Board have both adopted the Join Master Plan which is dated August 2011.  Read the Joint Master Plan here:
