Election Information

Important information on the November General Election:

THE CLERK WILL BE IN THE OFFICE AS MANDATED BY STATE ELECTION LAWS THE FOLLOWING DAYS THAT PERTAIN TO THE NOVEMBER 6, 2018

GENERAL  ELECTION (BEYOND REGULAR OFFICE HOURS)

Friday, November 2, 2018 from 9 am-5pm (Absent Voter Application Processing)

Saturday, November 3, 2018 from 10am-2pm (Deadline for Requesting Absent Voter Applications by Mail)

                                                                                                                   

Monday, November 5, 2018 from 9am-4pm (Qualified Absent Voters may vote in person at the Clerk's Office)

Tuesday, November 6, 2018 up to 4pm (Emergency Absentee Voting in Clerk’s Office)

 


To vote absentee, you must first fill out an Absentee Voter Application form.  This must be completed and submitted to the Clerk before a ballot can be issued.  The ballot must then be returned/received by the Clerk before the close of the polls on election day in order to be tabulated.

Absentee ballots are available up until the election.

Polls are open from 7:00 AM until 8:00 PM at the Township Hall located at 7171 S. Center Highway.
