Apply For... an Absentee Ballot

You can receive an Application for an Absentee Voters Ballot by contacting the Suttons Bay Township Clerk at (231) 271-2722 extension 2, or via email at clerk@suttonsbaytwp.com

You may also request to be on the Clerk's mailing list to receive an Absentee Voter Ballot Application for each election.

The Application will also be available here for each election.

There are three steps to voting absentee:

1.  First you must obtain, fill out, and return the Application for Absentee Voter’s Ballot to the Township Office.

2. When the election ballots are ready, the Clerk's Office will then mail you the ballot, or you can make arrangements to pick up the ballot in person. You must have valid identification to pick up an absentee ballot in person.

3. Fill out and return the ballot to the Township Office before or on the date of the election.

COMPLETED ABSENTEE BALLOTS CAN BE RETURNED TO THE DROP BOX OUTSIDE THE TOWNSHIP OFFICE
